First Global Logistics (FGL) are delighted to share their recent and continued work of moving OOG cargo, demonstrating the power of collaboration with partners that beats multinationals in their business field.
The client urgently required a door to door movement from Istanbul, Turkey to Alexandria, Egypt and the bid initially went to Kuehne + Nagel due to a lower price offered. However, the cargo was on hold for too long due to their equipment issue, the client then declined an offer and contacted FGL to assist with the cargo move instead.
Here came Origin Logistik, a Turkish partner, who submitted their proposal, guaranteeing to move cargo smoothly and secure the best price. They put their head into the Lion’s mouth and succeeded to deliver it to the client in Egypt in time. The job was done perfectly, and the cargo arrived on site safely in time.

Cargo type: OOG 16000 LT CAPACITY BALL MILLS
Cargo dimensions: 3 cases with 360 x 270 x 280/ 15 tons each
UOM: 40′ Flat Rack + 3 x 40′ dry containers
Scope of work: Lashing and securing inside dry containers, lashing and securing on 40′ FR container, trucking to port and port operations at port of origin and destination
