The scope of work included negotiating the best rate and reserving spaces from different carriers, picked up steel poles from a factory to Shenzhen port, arranging cargo loading, lashing, raincoat packaging, transporting goods to a container yard and processing customs clearance until goods on board as scheduled.
Shanghai Bashi Yuexin issued HBL to these goods to match the L/C requirements and coordinated with all parties involved to ensure all the operating procedures in good order.
The only difficulty of this project was several shipments had to be dispatched at the same time. The Shanghai Bashi Yuexin Project Team had to coordinate with a factory, different shipping companies, trucking companies all at once. They successfully secured the spaces, equipment and trucks within a given time.
