Nightshift for FLS Projects Thailand!

FLS Projects Thailand recently delivered four units of ladle furnaces for the steel-making industry from a factory in the Eastern Seaboard to Sattahip Port. The units, each measuring 6.6 m x 5.9 m x 5.5 meters and weighting over 60 metric tons, were loaded and secured onto four hydraulic trailers.

The height of the cargo made it mandatory to arrange for lifting telecommunication and power cables, as well as signboards along the route. Due to the length of the convoy and the necessary work on overhead obstructions, the transportation could only be executed during nighttime.

The convoy arrived at Sattahip port in the early morning hours of Saturday and around noon time, the cargo was already safely loaded directly onto the vessel and is now on its way to the Netherlands.
