Dispute Resolution: A necessary evil in logistics networking

I am looking for a few good men (or women)!

I love what we do here at Advanced International Networks Ltd. I love the people I work with and I love our network members, wherever they be around the world. However, one of the harder things I have to do is to resolve disputes. Quite often disputes come to me and I am able to resolve them right away. More often though one or both parties do not feel they have ever done anything wrong in the situation. I can usually count on the party who brings the dispute to me to feel as if they are blameless victims in the situation – and sometimes they are! What most people tend to forget though is that there’s always more than one side to every story. As such, I am looking for three to five members who are willing to look over these cases and weigh in with their opinions. I would prefer that these people be from different parts of the world (though this isn’t a strict requirement), be neutral / impartial and can keep all cases strictly confidential.

You don’t know how much of a help this would be to me.

Would you be willing to help out on this?

If so, please let me know directly by e-mailing me back.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation!
