For our annual awards ceremony, our winners were:
Heaviest Combined Shipment award– Shanghai Ba-Shi Yuexin Logistics Development Co.,Ltd. completed their Cement Plant Project with a weight of 2500 MT.
Planning and Coordination award– Egyptian Global Logistics saved Egypt’s Major Project Port Said East New Container Jetty from Delay. With their innovation and perseverance, they could overcome their obstacles with discharging.
Best network partner award– Freight Traders for working the most with fellow members in the network. This year Freight Traders have collaborated with both FLOGIS and Globe Cargo Logistics (China).
Biggest combined volume shipment award– Star Shipping completed their Powerplant shipment from Mumbai to Karachi, with a total volume of 3008 m3.
Performance under challenging conditions award– Star Shipping for handling the project and transportation of containers from Karachi Storage Yard for the Hajira Power Project. Due to land sliding issues, they were forced to widen the access road due to the width being one foot less than the trailers.
Longest point to point distance award– Mercomar for completing a Tugboat Project spanning a distance of 12,181 nautical miles/ 22,559 km.
