Wave Logistics recently partnered with COLI Shipping & Transport do Brasil to complete their latest project – transporting 3 industrial Dryers from China to Paraguay. The weight of each dryer was 92 tons, and the dimensions of each of them were 13 X 4,33 X 5,00 meters.

Port of Loading: Shanghai, China

Port of Discharge: Montevideo, Uruguay/ Asunción, Paraguay

The challenge of the move was the direct transshipment in Montevideo from master vessel to barge vessel for the leg Montevideo – Asuncion. At the final pod (Asunción), 2 of the 300 tons static cranes were used.
