HBH Logistics GmbH & Co. KG transports material handling machine

< 1 min read

HBH assisted one of their valued partners in arranging the “last mile – transport“ from Antwerp, Belgium to  Duisburg, Germany. The transported material handling machine is a versatile all rounder especially used for handling dry bulk. With operating weight of up to 130 tons and a maximun reach of 27 m, it has the optimal size for loading and discharging of handysize vessels.

For transportation purposes, the crane was partly disassembled. This allowed easier ocean transport to Antwerp and heavy lift transport to Duisburg within the limitations of the transport permits.

After reassembly, the unit will hopefully have a long work life in the port of Duisburg.

Dimensions:
Upper Structure: 2,010 x 420 x 350cm – 53,000 kgs
End 1: 1,290 x 135 x 390 cm – 16,000 kgs
End 2: 1,290 x 135 x 400cm – 16,500 kgs
