Glaube Logistics was assigned by their prestigious client to coordinate delivery of the complete shipment by air door to door, taking care of loading, customs clearance, transportation, off-loading, unpacking, and installation of the shipment all the way from the shipper’s factory to the client end user’s location at Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

The 8 pieces of cargo consisting of capacitor banks and their spare parts were transported. The total weight was 20 tons, and the total volume was 114,277 m3. Dimensions of the cargo were as follow:

The main challenge of the operation was to find a suitable schedule to carry these big units by air freight, battling the weather conditions at loading and off-loading locations to meet their client’s deadline with their end user.
