We are recognized for providing premium logistics services to the largest corporations worldwide. Recently, we successfully secured and executed a complex and oversized project cargo operation. Under this project, we managed the import of two steam generator units, each weighing 19 metric tons, from Shanghai Port, China to Karachi Port, Pakistan.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Coordinated with the shipper and carrier to secure vessel space on a regular liner vessel.
• Ensured cargo readiness and completed documentation at origin (Shanghai Port).
• Supervised loading at Shanghai Port to ensure safe and compliant handling.
• Utilized 2×40FR containers due to the over-dimensional nature of the cargo.
• Ensured strict compliance with the client’s technical handling requirements and timeline.
• Maintained close coordination with the shipper and ensured proactive planning throughout the process.
• Achieved end-to-end visibility and risk mitigation through continuous monitoring and contingency planning.
