FLS Thailand Handle Cross Border Transport for Hydropower Project
While everyone was still excited about the launch of FLS Logistics, FLS Projects Thailand received 6 packages including two new rotors and other equipment for a Hydropower Project in Laos.
The cargo was received alongside the vessel in Laem Chabang Port and transported over 800 km from the Eastern Seaboard in Thailand to Nam Hinboun River in Laos. Upon arrival at the river shore, the trucks went onto barges to cross the border via the river and on the other side they continued their journey to the job site 100 km away.
As part of a smooth border crossing and efficient delivery, FLS ensured that the customs clearance at Laem Chabang Port as well as on the Thai/ Laos border was in order.
