SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Cargo Survey
   A detailed cargo survey was conducted at the job site prior to handling through third party survey company. The survey included verification of cargo condition, dimensions, weight and packing status to ensure compliance with export requirements and to minimize any potential risks during transit.
2. Export Loading Approval (Repair Purpose)
   The necessary approvals for export loading under repair/temporary export terms were obtained and all required documentation and formalities were completed in accordance with applicable regulations of Pakistan Customs.
3. Manual Loading via Hydraulic Jack System
   The cargo was safely loaded using a hydraulic jack system. This method ensured controlled lifting, accurate positioning, and secure handling in line with the cargo’s specifications.
4. Transportation to Karachi Port from Job Site
   Subsequently, the cargo was transported from the job site to Karachi Port using a one multi-axle trailer with 8 axles & 2 longitudinal rows for the Transformer & one 50’ flatbed truck for the accessories. The movement was carried out smoothly with all required precautions, route considerations, and safety measures in place.
