Freight Connection Pakistan Pvt Ltd, a XLP Projects member, has completed another project with the collaboration of M/s Ryan Agency by providing complete services to move of heavy construction machinery from Tianjin Port of loading via Ro/Ro vessel to arrival at Karachi port and through to final delivery to Multan, Pakistan.
Freight Connection’s project team completed the Customs formalities, then arranged shifting the cargo to parking/storage areas at the port. Their team was present on ground 24/7 both at the port and at the destination site to supervise the movement. Their team shared live information with the customer on spot throughout the project.
The road journey was 930 kms to Multan and their plan was to move everything in one convoy. All road permits were obtained by the team well in advance to avoid any delays on route. Freight Connection’s team sourced qualified drivers for the 70+ heavy vehicles that were driven, with the remainder of the cargo loaded by 100-ton crane onto flat and low-bed trailers.
