In March, XLP members, R&B Global Projects Croatia collaborated with the Access World to execute precise logistics operations. Entrusted with the transportation of Formula-1 raceboats and aquabikes across various destinations including Singapore, Belawan, Vietnam, Port Kelang, and Genoa to meet forthcoming race event schedules, R&B showcased its expertise in event logistics with timely deliveries.

Dubbed “Event logistics,” the operation prioritized punctuality. All equipment, encompassing boats, paddocks, pontoons, and promotional materials, were meticulously packed into specially designed containers owned by individual race teams. These containers were subsequently transported to race-event venues, where they underwent pickup, customs clearance under a specialized ATA CARNET regime, and shipment to designated destinations.

Confronted with challenges posed by regular container liners unable to guarantee space, sailings, and transit times, R&B opted to charter multiple ships for exclusive cargo shipments. Through seamless collaboration between R&B Global Projects and the Access World organization across offices situated in Dubai, Singapore, Indonesia, and Vietnam, the intricate and time-sensitive logistics endeavors were executed impeccably, garnering satisfaction from the client and all stakeholders involved.
