Freight Traders recently completed import and import formalities for another drilling rig. This time to Tauranga port in Central North Island of New Zealand.
The rig comprised of 103 packages and weighed a total of 1,921 tonne and was 7,995 m3. FTL handled all import formalities including on board stevedoring, port marshalling, crane, loading out, customs and quarantine formalities, fumigation, and port attendance.
Freight Traders will also handle the on-going drilling logistics for the rig feeding spares, drill casing, heavyweight drillpipe, and accessories for the upcoming campaign.
