Nam San 3 Hydropower Project (156MW) is in the final stage of completion with the support of Precious Prestige Logistics in carrying out customs formalities and transporting bulk cargo from Vietnam to Laos.

Thanks to the unremitting efforts of the Precious Prestige Logistics team, the transportation of bulk cargo was carried out carefully and accurately, ensuring that the conversion and installation of equipment took place smoothly at job site.

Name of project: Namsan 3 Hydropower Plant

Location: Houaphan Province, Lao PDR

Scope of business:
– Clear Customs with complex procedures on-spot import and export, bonded warehouse, cross border gate Na Meo in Vietnam and Namsoi in Laos.

– Long trucking distance, ranging 450~515 km, from Haiphong port, Hanoi, and Bacninh in Vietnam to job site in Houaphan Province, Lao PDR.

Cargo volume: over 6,000 CBM (approx. 2,235 MT), both containerized and bulk cargo, including 09 OOG packages weighing up to 80 tons

Duration: from August 2022 until year-end 2023.

Challenges: Complicated customs procedures, bad road conditions at the border gate area, and JIT’s commitment to customers.
